Been wanting to relocate my rear window switch to the opposite side.
Found this harness extension but they only offer 8” and 44”.
Those are either too short or too long for my plans. So I shot them an email asking about other lengths. Quick response said just put in the order notes what length you want and we’ll make it happen.
I ordered about 10 minutes later and by the end of the day had a shipping confirmation. Arrived today and looks to be a very nice harness. They include the harness, zip ties, trim pry tool, hand sanitizer, and a face mask I believe.
Also says made/packaged by a US Veteran. Can’t get much better than that I don’t believe!!

Doesn't look like they have a harness for my 2017. Maybe the older one will work.

The one I linked says 2011-2017.
Strange thing though if you search by 2014 Tundra that harness does not show up. I only find it when I Google search Tundra rear window harness.

Yeah, their website makes it hard to find the harness, but I can attest it works all the way up to 21.
Where do you plan to move the switch to?
One of the first things I did was move mine here:

Your switch plate looks good, did you print it yourself?
What length of extention did you need for that location?

@RainMan_PNW was it you that ran into an issue with your harness length?

I got the plate from CN Designs on Facebook. I cancelled my FB account so I can't send a link, but a quick google should find it. Its just the raw black version that I sanded smooth, looks fine as is, but some have painted theirs too.

Accessorides use to offer some shorter options but when I ordered they had the 42" version and its just long enough... 44" or 46" would be better. Its all about the routing really. Check Casey's build thread for the best way to maximize your cable length. I went the same route and the 42" is fine, but its kind of a pain if I need to remove the center console. I may order an 8" jumper so I can disconnect it a little easier when removing the console.

I am just going to flip it to the right side of the steering wheel.

They will make you any length harness you want. Just put the length in the notes.
I had them make me a 20” harness.

$40 for a piece of wire?

Can't I just extend it myself? "Free" except for a few minutes of labor.

Check the build link in my signature.
Several wires and two plugs that avoid you having to cut and splice your factory wires, and it is loomed and professional looking. It was worth the $40 to me, and I’ve got the tools and parts to make one myself.

Mine was 42” and was just long enough. The 44” they offer now should be perfect for routing to behind the shifter. Seems CN Designs has been up/down on orders - anyone with a 3D printer and PETG material is welcome to grab the STL (my design, similar to Nicks but different) from my build thread

If you can magically make factory connectors and spin wire from hair like Rumpelstiltskin I guess it would be free. Also have to consider wire loom and heat shrink.

I ordered the 8” and put in the notes for it to be 20” and the did not charge anything more.
So, it was $22 after taxes and shipping.
I have a strict no splice or cut factory wires policy.
So by the time I sourced the connectors, took the time to do everything, $22 is nothing.

I will likely be adding the auto up/down module for that window so I can splice it’s wires into this harness and not have to cut anything from the factory on the truck.

If I knew the best way to figure out what connectors were what and where to get them at a decent price I may have took the time to do it myself. But I am guessing I’d be close to $22 if not more.
