My CV axles got delayed in shipping.

I'll have all the other parts tomorrow. I need to put the stock stuff in storage 15 hours away.

That's why I'm asking. Will it cost me significantly more money to do the CV axles at a later date?

At far as labor costs is what I mean.

Depends on what you got for other parts.

If you if you plan to change upper control arms, yes, it will be costly to have it all taken apart again for CV's later on.

If you only bought coils/spacers, they don't require removal of the knuckle and all that so your CV change cost is put off until later.

How much lift are you going with that a diff drop will not suffice?

Thanks. This is what I wanted to know.

It's a king 2.5 coilovers lift. Said it was 2 inches of lift but id imagine on the SR5 it's a half inch more. Maybe I'm wrong.

This is a 3rd Gen tundra fyi. I will be doing uca's and CV axles. Already bought. This is what was highly recommended by accutune. They seem to have a good reputation.

Bummer. I wanted to get it done Monday.

Interesting. Not fully up on the 3rd gens but I would still think less than 3 in wouldn't need arms or CV's but I could very well be wrong.

I feel ya on needing to wait. Have had many issues with delayed shipping on many parts for my other projects.

The SR5s and trd sports stupidly use a shorter cx axle. Really dumb on Toyotas part.

I would definitely do all at once. Just did coilovers, ucas, and cvs and cvs require the most labor.

How much did it cost? How much time? More then one day?

If you don't mind me asking.

I did it myself over a weekend. Took pretty most of the weekend but overall not bad. Shop quotes were outrageous so decided to give it a shot and don't regret it
