Inside Bed CAD Model

Anyone have the inside of our bed in CAD model? Trying to save time designing some stuff.

 

This would be immensely helpful for those of us working on building out the bed... Alas, I definitely don't have the skillset to draw it out

 

hell....maybe see if you can get an engineering firm to 3d scan it for you. it wouldn't take but about 10-20 minutes to scan the entire bed. now all the other work to link it into a 3d software would take more time. unless you're proficient in 3d cad programs to convert it and utilize it in a cad program

 

I looked for this when I built out my bed. I was only able to come up with full truck models on a site that required a subscription and I was unsure of the dimensional accuracy of the bed on the model anyway. I assume someone scanned either a full truck or a scaled model but there wasn't enough detail. Since I doubted it and there may be some slight variation from truck to truck I just measured and built to my own bed + cardboard aided design. Sorry I already disposed of my inner bedside template.

 

Have an iPhone 12 Pro? Maybe try something like this to see if it will work? (Says they have a scan to CAD service...)
