    I got some new vland taillights that look like the 3rd Gen tundra taillights. I didn't notice immediately after installation that my ac and few other interior lights will flash with the turn signals. I had a dead battery which I thought was the culprit. After replacing it the flashing interior lights persist. I love these lights and wondered if anyone had a solution before I return them. Side note after replacing the battery my airbag lights came not not sure if it's related to the taillights issue or not. 20240329_191010.jpg20240329_190951.jpg

    They look to be plug and play.
    Does it do with either left or right turn signal?
    Does it do it with the hazard (4-way) lights on?
    Does it do it with only one or the other tail light connected?

    Yes it's plug and play. Yes both do it. Yes with Hazzard. And Yes I had my stock plugged in passenger and vland on driver and it did it then too

    That is really odd.

    So when you unplugged the vlands it stopped?
    Works fine with stock tails installed?

    Did you try plugging 1 Vland socket in at a time and see which one caused the issue?
    I certainly doubt it's the rev socket.
    The turn signal is a simple 2 wire.
    The brake/running light will have 3.

    I can't think of any connection between the tail lights and the illumination of the dash lights..:confused:
    But I'll look around and see in the wiring diagrams.

    Seems like something is grounding your dash lights.
    1 more silly question;
    When the dash lights blink with the turn signal, can you adjust the brightness or are they full on?

    It's my ac/center console lights. But Thank you for you help and input after much trial and error I'm sending them back. I tried everything I could think of and some things yall suggested still couldn't get the interior lights not to flash. Airbag light is still on too so gonna start pulling my hair out on that mystery soon enough.

    Update: I sent the original taillights back and ordered a new set from Amazon. As I put the 1st one in testing it as I went along I had hope. Turn signal was signaling without interior lights flashing. But the second I installed the 2nd one the same problem arose. I'm pulling my hair out. I do love these lights but they don't get a long with my truck for whatever reason.
