Anyone have a product suggestion or experience with a net type storage for the back seat? Looking for something to hold kids blankets and pillows on long road trips.

Trying to find something to hold it overhead using the 'oh shit' handles.

    Thanks

OGFab makes this Molle, I’m sure you could attach a net to it

Thats pretty trick. then you could run a storage net attached to that if you wanted. I remember seeing a smaller storage net at harbor freight. if i remember correct it has hooks at the corners so it would just hook to that molle panel

Thanks for the replies. Looking for something on the cheaper side and less permanent. This is just going to be for road trips and kids blankets. Ordered something off Amazon to try out for about $20.

This was an old VW accessory (like 60-70 years ago). Have one in my 1960.

Mine is a repro that is good quality that might serve as a starting point. You’d need to use the basic design and then size it to fit a Tundra. I’ll get some pics up.

So just got back from a 2500 mile round trip to CO. The overhead net did its job of holding anything we stuffed up there. With the net completely empty, the rear view mirror was usable. Once anything was added all you could see of the car behind you was the tires making contact with the road. So while it got the job done, its not something I plan on leaving up there permeant. If the grab handles behind the front seats were mounted higher, then it would haven given better visibility. All in all, for $20 it works.
