    It may be easier than you'd think. Steel naturally has a tendency to return to its original shape. What I'm about to share is unconventional - using an adult suction-base toy to pop dents - but have a gander if you're sitting somewhere nobody will have a fit. example 1, example 2, example 3. I put them in order of helpfulness, 1st example is probably the most helpful from a technique perspective, the last is some rando video channel showing another example.

    the hood and top of the cab are trash. I was not going to fix it since I bought the truck for the farm but after having it for three days I will get it painted if the body shop can do it for a reasonable price.
