I did something Saturday since it rained all day at my house. The pictures kinda suck but it looks amazing at night.

I used some small command strip plastic clips and used 3m double sided tape to hold them to the body underneath, I figured it would do better than the strips that came with the clips. Along with the double sided tape that was already on the roll of lights. They are only green leds. I’ve always had a lot of trouble with the RGB controllers.

    Alot of them
Those plastic clips will become brittle and break over time. You can use some type of adhesive like silicone.

That depends, it is a souped up Honda Civic?

Either way, I would say no. But if you like it and enjoy it, who cares. I like a lot of stuff that isn't cool and don't care what others think.

If you like it, then it’s cool. That’s the only answer to any question like this. I have some of these on mine. It’s neat to light up every now and then, but I don’t use them much. Mine are RGB that I control with my phone, and they fluctuate with the music on the stereo. It’s pretty cool, and I think I paid maybe a hundred bucks all in.

That said, I did a rushed and lousy job running the wires. I really need to straighten that up someday.

Those are badass. I wouldn’t drive around with them on all the time but every now and then to show off or take some pics it would be badass, I want some on my truck haha

The teenagers in the rural town I live in seem to think so. Of course they think the squatting or bulldogging crap where the front of the truck sits way higher than the rear is cool too.

I think it looks good, If YOU like it that's all that matters it's your truck. I'm not a huge fan of underbody lights but I do really like the rock lights in the wheel wells. If I keep the truck I might add those to it....

Kinda shocked I got as many no's as I did... I am definitely the person that doesn't care about someone else's opinion. I pay for my toys and I do most all my work myself, so I got something to be proud of. It is illegal everywhere I believe, but where I live it doesn't get enforced.

I think I got about $30-40 and about 3 hours of time in all this. It needs a better wiring job on it all but I will get there. I need to find some kind of switch panel for the inside of the truck, I like using stock locations just to keep things clean, but I haven't had much luck with anything because all my switch holes are full due to the limited trim package.. any suggestions there would be great. because I plan to run a light bar and some other stuff soon too.

Not sure what the hate is either. I don’t run mine going down the road, other than in my neighborhood sometimes. Pretty much every regular member here is gonna say the same thing I did. What you like is all that matters. I haven’t even heard of most of the guys who told you otherwise, take that for what it’s worth.

I didn’t run any switches inside the truck. Just use the phone to operate them, so no need. Mine came with a Bluetooth controller though.

I just bought a used 18 model, the previous owner had installed flashing underglow and light on the inside. I'm almost 50, my 6 year old thinks it pretty cool. lol

Here's a screen grab when I came home from the gym last night.
