Need some suggestions from someone whose brain is working better than mine!

I’m installing a Pioneer DMH-C2550NEX into my 2011 Platinum. I got the Maestro RR installed and all of the adapters. Upon install though, my backup camera no longer works. When I shift it into reverse, the screen changes (so it’s getting the signal), but no pictures pops up. Just the little box in the upper corner that shows I have the parking guidelines on.

    Background info:
    - the factory Toyota head unit allows the backup camera to work just fine.
    - Pins aren’t bent on the adapter plugs.
    - Volt meter shows good flow getting to and through the adapters.
    - I did have the head unit installed in a ‘19 Tundra last year and the camera worked just fine.

I’m beginning to think that somehow the camera feature in the head unit has failed..? The entire head unit has seen less than 3 months of use in its lifetime.

Any suggestions on getting that camera to work?

    Thanks in advance.

Longshot, but did you reflash the Maestro? Camera protocols may be different, i know the firmware is technically different (not sure how much) between 11 and 19.
