    Anyone here ever installed one of these behind the back seat of a crewmax? This box in particular is about 6.5” deep and 13.5” tall. They go for $350 but one site has them at an additional 10% off.

    You can have the box 6.5” deep at the bottom but at 12” height, it already needs to be 4” deep or less. The box must taper up like this custom box by Tech12V. And the speaker itself needs to clear the seat in a cavity behind to operate, side to side positioning is also important.

    You can gain about 1” depth if you remove the foam from the black panel or the whole piece entirely behind the seat that’s clipped to the metal wall.

    Can you post a pic? I ordered this sub and the box is too big to go under the seat. Does anyone know of the foam depth under the back seat in a CM? Curious if its trimmed out, if the box would fit under the rear seat?
