2025 Platinum iForce Max TRD OR in WCP

After 5 4Runners over the last 20+ years, I've made the jump to the new Tundra. Couldn't pass up the trade in value or the deal I got on this truck. I am loving it so far! Now it's time for some small mods..

 

Nice! Thinking of trading in my 2008 crew max limited . The cost looks out of range..

 

Thanks man, I am super happy with it. It certainly wasn't cheap but I got it for $9k under DSRP and got a crazy trade-in value on my 2020 4Runner, so I was able to pull the trigger.

 

Wasting no time... I swapped out the TRD Offroad grille for the Heritage grille with TRD marker lights, changed the OEM fog lights to Rigid Selective Yellow, and added a Diode Dynamics light bar.. Still need to wire up the light bar and the marker lights, but I got this part done quickly thanks to the posts on this forum. My plan is to use an OEM TRD Light Bar switch...I have the parts, just need the time.

I also swapped the OEM color matched mirror caps to black OEM mirror caps...kinda like this look a little better...what do you guys think?

 

Looks good! I’d just do the color matched grille surround!

 

I've been thinking about it, I just don't trust that the painted OEM part store would match the WCP perfectly....did you do this to yours? Any pics? What did it cost?

 

All I did was the fog lamp bezel. It was $415 which isn’t too bad for the part and the paint with clear coat.

I’m amazed at how much(at least in my mind) that simple relatively inexpensive change transforms the look of the front of your Tundra. If I would buy a Gen3, that would be my first mod…well done.

Added the AMP Powersteps today...took me about 6 hours but I took my time and was meticulous with the wiring. I got the smart series, so you can control the steps with your phone, if needed. Pretty impressed. They deploy quickly, have a solid build, and stow away nice and close to the body.

 

Also swapped out the red TRD center caps for these Toyota center caps..a nod to the 1794 Limited Edition style.

 

Getting the chin done to ties it all together even bettah!

 

Yeah this looks awesome...I really dig that platinum grille too
