I didn't make a tutorial or video on the work but I have lots of pictures. I wanted to show this to the forum. I am happy to answer any questions. I did the work myself.

I also installed Water Carbon seat heaters in the seat and back rest. 2 heaters per seat.
The leather is from Katkinz directly and I added dbl stitching and embroidery.

    Enjoy

Nice! Looks good! I'm debating getting leather seats myself but I do know I want to get heated seats for sure! How long was the process? And any advice you'd have for anyone installling?

    Nice work OP!!

I did Katzkins and heated in my CrewMax, and it took (my first time) a whole Sunday, and then a few hours after work on Mon and Tues. total probably in the neighborhood of 14 hours being patient and not rushing. There is a learning curve, but the kits are solid and there are detailed installation walkthroughs in this site to prevent mistakes and give you great tips.
    You will love the result.

I spent about 12 hours ago in. That includes wiring, vacuuming, installing interior on seats and mounting back in the truck.

Anyone can do this. I would suggest do one seat at a time so you don't lose where and how the seats are laid out and hogringed. Take lots of pictures.
Buy quality bent angle hog ring pliers for ease of use. Straight hog ring pliars are not fun to use.
