Key Fob Case

Anyone use a protective case or some sort of cover for their key fob?

Recommendations?

 

I personally dont own one of these expensive fancy things but can also check Amazon or etsy for cheaper options.

I didn't realize that you actually replace your current fob case with this. You disassemble your old one and put the internals in this one. Interesting.

I got the AJT as well. With the Toyota FOB in my pocket the panic would sometimes go off or the tailgate would open unexpectantly.

 

I have the AJT Designs fob as well. It's very well built and the plastic is much more robust than the factory fob.

 

I have a AJT fob case as well. I got it mainly so I could easily differentiate my Tundra fob and the wife's Highlander fob by sight and feel, since they are always on the same keyring, usually in my pocket.

 

We have one as well, we are also in production for the newer models. Retains factory key as well.

I follow you on IG and am hoping to see a kit for the interior light, much like the one you've done for the Taco.

Anyways... @iforceAZ, I also have an AJT cover and love it. That being said, I'm going to order one from Meso for my second key.

You're 2-tone led (map and dome) lights are amazing !!! If/when Me-So Custom's gets something for the 3rd gen buy fast, as they sell-out quick.

 

Another AJT satisfied customer here. They can even be had on Amazon direct from AJT. I still ordered through his site as I'm sure he pays less fees that way.

I was interested in the MESO V2, but I got tired of waiting. Maybe when I get my second fob, I will try a MESO on it. We'll see who releases their part first...

Were you looking for our V2 recently ? They have been in stock for a while. What color were you looking for ?

 

Oh, it was probably 5 months back. Just to clarify, do the V2 minimalist fobs that show 2020+ tundra work on the 3rd gens? The photos I saw in the link were missing a few buttons.

 

AJT for the win. Love mine - not sure if it's a required upgrade - but it sure does help my keys stand out when I'm looking for them in the house (my fob is bright blue)

 

Will you be releasing one for the 22-23 tundra any time soon?

When I was transferring to my new fob I filled down the contact nipple on the gate release button problem solved.

 

They new ones will work with the new gen Tundras. We are still in production so hoping to have them soon.
