Hearing that Costco is selling their own Kirkland brand of synthetic motor oil at an awfully good price. Anyone have any thoughts or experience on the subject in regard to use in Tundra engines?

    Lost track after #1.
I'm sure it's fine. I use the Amazon brand stuff w/o issue.

Makes sense. They were already selling the Mobil 1.

10 qts for $25 is what I was told but maybe that's an introductory offer!

Seems to be the same as super tech , which is decent stuff for the money

right now it’s worth checking autozone out. They have several full synthetic 5-20 and 0-20 on clearance for $2 a qt

Yep, it's from Warren Distribution, the same folks who do AmazonBasics and SuperTech, according to BITOG.

So with that being said , price isn’t that different than Walmart. - seems like a decent oil for a decent price

And if there are issues, Costco stands behind their product 100%

If it meets Toyota’s spec, it should be good to go. Costco doesn’t mess around with their Kirkland brand. It may not be the cheapest, but the value for the quality will always be high.

Watch BITOG for the first few used oil analysis and see how they turn out.

Looks like a good deal. I think alot of us just load up on mobil 1 when the rebates come around twice a year. Come outs to $12.50/5 qt or something crazy like that.
