I have a 2023 1794 with a 5.5 foot bed and the factory tonneau cover. I would like to install ladder racks but the cover does not have rails. The "Elevate System - TS" on the RealTruck website could apparently work (it requires that the cover be removed first then reinstalled). Has anyone had or heard of any experience with this.

There is a Diamondback cover in the marketplace that is a smoking deal. You can bolt things to it like I did with my Thule Tracrac. Check out the buy sell trade section of this site. Then you can sell your OE cover. :)

I bought a Truxedo Pro X15 tonneau and Elevate TS rails. RealTruck (parent company for both) confirmed they will work with my 2024 Tundra deck rails.
I am requesting more clamps than the 3 per side... doesn't quite feel robust enough.

Update: Truxedo ProX15 and Elevate TS rails are now installed.
I bought the 6.5’ TS Rails and cut down to the exact length of the tonneau cover rails so there was no need for more foam tape etc. , clean installation. I’m requesting more of the deck rail clamps for peace of mind… currently only 3 per side.
Tonneau is wrinkled but I keep tugging to work them out… it’s cold here so I need some sun load to help it.

Do you have pictures of your setup? I really want the tracrac, but it's almost impossible to install without the stake pockets. Very curious as to how you made it work!

I mounted mine to my diamondback cover. I made some spacers and bolted it on. I trimmed it down as well as they are very tall out of the box.

I have mine on Craigslist right now. I just trying to clean up a bit and I have way too many racks.
