I've had flairs on for a few months. Decided to pull them off to wash and seal under them and to lay down clear 3m where the seals go to keep from having lines in my paint.
Now that I've got them off I can't decide if I want to put them back on. So you guys tell me. Leave them off, or put them back on

Good looking truck either way but I personally like the look of trucks with flairs.

I like them on. I don't have them on my truck yet, but I really like them and will get them at some point.

I like your colored keyed flares! Only thing I would do is get some black installation hardware for them.

With your wheel offset I would leave them on.
If you were running stock 55+ offset wheels, I'd say take them off.

I wish I could take mine off, but like you stated, I have lines in the paint from being on for 6 years.
I like the TSS wheels, just not the offset.

What did you do to your bumper end caps and make them black?
    Replace, paint, wrap????

    Your truck looks sweet..
But it would look sweeter with some 2019 and ^ TRD Pro LED headlights and an iHacker harness.
I put them on my 2014..
Think about it for your next mod...

I'm going against the grain here but I've never been a fan. . Just my .02. . . Just seems to make the wheels and tires look too small (in my mind).

I had them on my '02, they look great and they do reduce door dings, but they also trap larger more abrasive dirt. Left unchecked, vibrations will wear these larger pieces of road grit into the paint ... the rusting begins.

I removed mine more than 10 years ago, but they are back on the truck obscuring damage the PDR guy couldn't reach last fall. I will remove them for inspection often.

Looks good either way. I’m swinging more towards the OFF side. More focus on rims and tires I think. Nice truck.

As mentioned, On with your offset. Save your paint! Here is mine with them on and off. Yes, they are Line-X'ed.

So... normally I am not a fan of fender flares with rivets. However the MGM color match is really awesome and if you take Jim's advice and turn the rivets black they would look even better. They definitely look just right with your tire setup.

Looks better with them on! Actually I applaude your taste to purchase and install them. If stock offset, obviously not! However, I encourage everyone to do or say what they want because those who care don't matter and those who matter don't care!

As long as your in a state that don’t require them. I’d leave them off. But ultimately it’s up to you. It’s your truck.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

I recently went through a similar dillema. I had the bushwackers without rivets. I removed them and liked the look, but I feel our trucks look better with a bit of an accent around the wheel wells... so my vote is w/ flares

If you're concerned about the lines from the flares on the fenders then you're gonna be more concerned about the chipped paint from tires sticking out past the fenders and throwing up rocks and stuff into the doors and cab. Leave the flares on to protect your paint.

I vote you put em back on. The only thing I would change would be the silver hardware. I think it looks better with flares and black hardware. Although, truth be told, it's an awesome looking rig either way.
