LED Headlight Radio Noise

Rims and Bull Bar w/light

I have a 2017 Tundra and I have installed cheap LED headlights on it. Now when I turn them on, my radio has a buzzing noise. I have put noise suppressors on the headlight wire (2 on each wire) with no change. What would my next move be?
