Hey All. New to the forum, but have been coming here regularly for info over the past few years. I have a 2018 CM with a Leer 100XR topper. After about 6 months with the topper, I noticed how bad the screens were on the two windows. The mesh was already loosened up and saggy, so after some digging I came across this idea on a Tacoma forum and figured I would try it out. Ended up taking their idea and expanding on it with some mesh to keep the bugs out. Hope this helps anyone else with the same issue!

Final product came out good overall, pushing on the edge trim does create some loose mesh, but not enough to worry about. Next time, I would try a different adhesive that i could brush or roll on to improve the adhesion on the edges.
