Hello all. I am buying a new truck next week. Its between a new Power Wagon or another Tundra but a Dbl Cab so I can have the 6.5 Ft bed to have a sled deck (I have a '19 Crewmax and bed is too short), What this truck will be used for is mainly for moving my sled in the mountains, so the sled deck will be on during winter, and light playing a few times a yr in Moab, nothing serious, very minor stuff. The PW is pretty much set and ready to go, but I would need to do a few things to Tundra if I decide that, but its $10k cheaper. With the savings, I could do lift and tires to make it mine.

Problem is 2 sleds and deck put me over the payload.... I know I know, but I don't care. I see hundreds of tundras with decks and they work. I would like a 2.5-3" lift, a GOOD lift - no spacers, and maybe help the rear sag a bit while fitting 33's. Doing some digging, I see the 5100 or 6122 seems to be a good option for front and I assume I could go with a block in rear and run bags or sumos? My range for parts for lift I figure could be done for $1000-1500?
