I have a 2019 tundra and I've been having a hard time finding a good lift to buy. Do you all have any recommendations?

19 should be identical to 18, the safety sense issues seem to be hit or miss

Is there anyway to fix the safety sense if it does start messing up?

Seems if you maintain some rake its less likely to have issues, I've been on 3/1.5 for over a year with zero issues

Take it to dealer for recalibration. If you can find a dealer that will touch the system once it’s lifted.

I’ve had OME on my former LandCruiser and was very happy. I don’t feel like OME is as popular anymore but could be wrong. Seems like ICON/King get all the props and i guess they should.

Depends on how you use your truck. Figure that out then you can find the right set up.

For me it was the old man emu with 612 springs and adjustable toytec shackles.

Best thing to do would be to talk with @Toytec Lifts. They can answer all the specifics.

I know there are other suspension companies out there but when I started looking for suspension parts for my 2012 Toytec was the first and only place I looked.
Their selection is very comprehensive for every model.

As long as you keep some kind of rake, you should be fine. There's usually a 2"-3" rake for a stock setup.
You can do a Bilstein 6112/5100 setup. I have a the 6112 @ top setting (2.5") with 1 CB shim on driver side (to get rid of the lean). 5100s in the rear with a +3 CB shackle. So thats a 2.5"/1.75" lift.
