I know they say the limited leather seats are hard and uncomfortable. Do you guys ever apply leather conditioner to the seats to make them softer over time like baseball gloves. Personally they are hard but i have been applying leather conditioner and they don’t feel like they use to. Maybe it’s just a mind f@&$

Nope. The best seats in the industry are GMC Denali seats. My Limited leather seats are fine...they are somewhat stiff but they are comfortable to me.

I use leather cleaning wipes with a conditioner in them, mostly because I have three kids who play baseball so the seats get dirty. After I wipe them down we slide all over the place for a few days, they are dirty again. That being said, I think they are better than cloth. I spill coffee and drop the occasional waffle fry on them and they clean right up.

110k with mine and they are not hard like they are crappy leather. It’s just not soft touch leather like “top grain leather” you would get on a leather furniture. I do use leather cleaner and condentioner on mine.

I use Lexol periodically and haven't noticed my seats softening up. They are pretty stiff.

only got 1500 miles on my 19' limited, but I like the seats. I'm a big guy at 280 lbs, so maybe thats why, but I find them very comfortable.

regular cleaning and conditioning will help. I use the Lexol ones on mine. I know the platinum leather is different but the sun is the enemy to all these seats.
