I was hauling a trailer last week. Wires shorted out causing 2019 Tundra to lose blinkers and hazard lights. Both front/ back.. Inside lights and outside lights don't work. Fast clicking under the dash. Took it to dealership. They can't figure it out..
Anyone know where the flasher relay or fuse would be located. Its not labeled on any of the panel boxes or diagrams.

Ironic. I had my OBD port stop working the other day and found it had blown the fuse under the dash. All I had were mini fuses, ATO fuses and Maxi Fuses from cars/trucks gone by. (even found a box of SFE's) Little did I know that my Tundra uses mini low-profile fuses. Ordered some of those to have on hand now and put some extras in the truck just in case. The plain old mini worked in the meantime though. Now I'm thinking I might need some of the cheap aftermarket relays to keep on hand. You never know.

Blinking really fast?, I’ve always found that was due to a bad bulb.

We have checked all of the fuses and breakers with a multi meter. None of the lights actually work. Not even on the dash. You can hear fast clicking under the driver dash. We can't feel anything or tell where its coming from. Its back at the dealership as of 4:30. They said its may be a multi power port behind the steering wheel. This is a cluster..
All 4 blinkers and hazards are out. Its not the bulbs. This happened when wires from a gooseneck shorted out locking up its brakes. It was plugged into the hitch on the Toyota.
Thank you for yous suggestions. We will see if the photos of this one suggested may be the relay.

Have you checked your 7-pin harness from the bumper connection back to the frame? It kind of sounds like you burned up something back that way before/when the trailer brakes engaged. Did anything on the trailer (brakes, lights, etc) burn up or are all those working on another vehicle?

Also, to your original question about the blinker relay, my understanding is that 2018+ moved the blinker relay from a physical relay to being part of the ECU. I don't remember where I read that, but I hope you didn't burn that up if that's indeed the case.

Same type of problem with my 2018. Both turn signal ports at trailer plug are hot at all times, key on or off. Diagnosis says flasher is shorted out in speedometer cluster requiring cluster replacement.
