I am going to park my 2023 tundra for a period of about seven weeks. Should I disconnect the battery?

I usually connect a float charger if going that long.. but disconnect should be fine too.

If parking for that long I would consider removing the battery and trickle charging it if it won’t have to be moved. I would also take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of any rodent infestation. People use peppermint oil and other sprays. If you’re going to keeps the battery connected there are also electronic deterrents

With my Land Cruiser at our second home up north I would just use a battery Tender ($40 on Amazon or Walmart) and leave it for 6-10 weeks and it always started right up. I did not bother disconnecting the battery; just connected to the battery and plugged in the charger.

Connect a trickle charger and be done. No need to disconnect the battery.

If its practical trickle charger is a good idea, if not I wouldn't worry about it. I've left vehicles sitting for 6 weeks up to a couple months without issue. I left one sitting for 3 months waiting on repairs, cranked over slightly slow, but started right up.

Check the build link in my signature.
You can also pull the jumper pin in the engine fuse box. That will disconnect all downstream electronics circuits (ECU, GPS, DCIM, etc). That’s how they store and ship them from the factory
