My 2008 Crew Max Limited is getting soft in the ride. I'm looking for loaded struts and shocks that would mirror the factory ride when new. The truck has no modifications. I'd like to go with a complete loaded strut/coil spring and strut top combo, with matching shocks in the rear (without breaking the bank). There's a lot of expensive junk out there.

Any suggestions on struts and shocks would be appreciated.

Bilsteins are good ones if you want to keep your truck stock or raise up to 2.5" (adjustable shocks). Fairly inexpensive compared to some others.

No, the truck usually sits for long periods of time, I use it for travel or trailering a few muscle cars around. I have a 71 Gran Sport Buick convertible and a 68 Chevelle BBC that I play around with. Bought a enclosed car trailer with the same silver color to match the truck, looks cool I guess.

I will be removing the Fat Bob's Garage coilovers from my truck on Tuesday. They are used but only have about 3000 miles. They are in good shape and ride well, I just upgraded to the Toytec Boss 2.5 kit.

They are $500 new. I'd be very willing to go quite a bit lower if you covered shipping. Hit me up if you're interested and we can work something out.

    http://4x4.fatbobsgarage.com/toyota-tundra-3-adjustable-coilovers-2007-2017-p23245.aspx

I have some 1" blocks for the rear just laying around, I would throw those in too if you're interested. You'd need new U-bolts.

Oh, forgot to mention I have Bilstein 5100s on the rear, put on the same time as the FBGs.

It's a good ride. I have them @ 3" but I imagine it would soften up a little at stock height.
