low profile bull bar for 2018 Tundra with sonar

Does anyone know of a low profile bull bar that can be put on a 2018 Tundara 1794 crew cab with the sonar unit where the Toyota emblem is

 

I was wondering the same thing since I will be pulling the trigger on a tundra in the near future.
I emailed ranch hand and they said none of their bumpers will work with the front parking sensors. I thought the dealer told me that the sonar could be disabled so maybe they’re is hope I could still run a bull bar as long as I don’t get front parking sensors.

 

What is the purpose of the bull bar?
