I know there are a few trucks that run the LSK ucs's. On my Tacoma I ran total chaos uniball ucas and loved them. I know there are certain brands of uniball ucas for out Tundras that do now allow for a correct alignment.

I was looking for some reviews on the LSK uca's or the dirt king uca's. The only thing that I have heard that the boxed ucas might rub on the Reservoir hoses on coilovers with resis.

I live in Michigan so I know salt will be annoying on them but I dealt with it on my old truck and am not afraid of maintaining uniballs.
Id rather not go with the Icon delta joint since I know that will probably be one of the first responses.

Camburg makes a balljoint arm if you want less salt wear

From what I’ve personally seen on their race kits, LSK uses cheap uniballs and hardware, but no experience with their stock Tundra UCA replacements. TC is the correct answer imo..

DK and TC use SS uniballs so I’d go with that.

I was very happy with them on my tacoma, I know I will be happy with them on the Tundra as well. Might have just needed the reassurance haha

I run TC uppers and i live 1 mile from the ocean. My uniballs have never developed a shred of rust on them. Every other piece of metal does

I have TC on a 2019 with 10,000 miles on it and I live two miles from the ocean. Zero issues.

Do you regularly lube them? I remember I use to put a drop or two on them usually twice a month

Had TC on my 4Runner with zero issues and I live in Atlantis.

I wiped them down before lubing my balls. They don’t always need it, you could go dry and just keep them clean.

I’ve had a few sets of TC uppers etc.. Only time I had a noise was after lubing them with tri flow and driving in dust, squeaked like a mofo, never did that again. Wash good with water and no issues, not one failure yet.

i was a bad owner, probably lubed them once per year...so after 10 years I replaced them, one side was a hair loose

TC long travel. Deaver 420 SU leaf packs.
The Icon tubulars don't work anyhow for our trucks. Way too many cases of guys not being able to get proper alignment #s with 'em. TC are great. So are MCM.

I believe TC uses Aurora spherical bearings with 440C balls and 17-4PH races, all heat treated stainless steel. It's not 300 series stainless, so eventual surface rust could happen over a long period. But I think the zinc plated G9 bolt&nut would develop rust before the bearing would.

My VA winters aren't as harsh as MI winters, no question there. I can verify though that my two year old TC arms have no rust anywhere. I don't lube the ball, only the poly bushings. Keep it all clean, as you would any precision bearing equipment.

LSK shows FK uniballs on the stock arms upper and lower. They don't mention what's used on the race kit. Did you have a failure? Curious because I have the stock length LSK lower arms.
