I have a 2016 FF 5.7 truck . Does anyone know if you use the OEM fuel pump / injectors for base 91 fuel? Also what’s the limit of the FF injectors and pump?

I have a 2017 Flex Fuel with the Magnuson. It utilizes the factory Flex Fuel pump, there isn't a need to swap the pump unless you are going to be pushing more power than a standard Magnuson kit. The fuel injectors should be the green injectors included with the kit (they replace the stock flex fuel injectors). I think the green ones are rated at 535cc's.

I'm running a smaller pulley (2.2") from @snivilous and still using the stock flex fuel pump and green injectors, but running a custom dyno tune.

I'm not 100% sure on the newer 2650 kit. My Magnuson is the older 1900 model. I know there is a Toyota TSB for ethanol issues on the flex fuel trucks. I don't recall anything specific during the inital install regarding that, but I did have to have my ethanol percent reset once due to the percent creeping up. I've had the blower for 3.5 years and it's been relatively solid aside from needing a coupler replaced.

If you haven't found a shop yet I highly recommend going through Jeff at Westcott Designs over by 19th Avenue and Happy Valley. They have done many installs over the years.
