Hey there I’m new to the forum I’m in the process of choosing new wheels and tires. I’ve reduced my options to the MR312s and Icon rebounds (17in, Bronze) and I wanted some opinions from different people. I know I won’t go wrong with either, just looking for some feedback. Thank you.

offset is different in case you want to fit 35's. probably easier with the Icon. I think both are hub centric too. The Icon have fake bolts that I hate though :)

Pretty much this. I have the Rebounds on my stock Pro. I did the CMC but ended up having tons of space and didnt need it with my 315/70r17 Mickey Thompson ATZs. Methods look more aggressive, but require a bit more work, both are nice though. I have no regrets with my decision. Also, pictures arent the best at really showing the way they poke. Most pictures of the Icons make them look flush, but mine poke out about 1" past the fenders.

One last thing, if you care, I weighed my Rebounds at 28lbs each. The 312s weigh about 33lbs according to Method, so if you want to save some weight..

Rebounds are defiantly my first choice, the mr312 are more aggressive and that’s what I like about them. As for the color tone I’d say the rebounds take the win. I’ve seen picture of them on some tundras but they seem to not look good as a tundra with LT and M/Ts. But I’m sure in person they look awesome!

The Icon bronze is more of a flat tone, whereas the Methods are a bit closer to a goldish color and seem quite a bit more complex and deeper in color. Ive seen both in person, I prefer the Methods for that color. I have Voodoo blue though, so black was the safe and easy choice.

I actually think the titanium color from Icon looks really good on silver and cement.

I have rebounds on my Tundra and methods on my FJ, and this description of the colors is spot on. I prefer the methods color, but design/style is better on the Icons.

I'm in the same boat as you on this. 2018 cement CM running stock trd offroad trims. Fell in love with the dark matte bronze from scs, but cant get what I want in the style/size combo. ( ray 10, matte bronze, 17x8.5? No such beast) Icons would be my next choice based on back spacing and therefore tire sizing with minimal modification to the truck beyond a few inches of lift. Curious if you've made your decision yet?

i went for the icons because they’re a tad lighter and the pricing is better in my book I didn’t want to go all out with the big bucks and those rebounds look superb. I haven’t installed them yet but they defiantly look way better in person. I’m going 285/70r17 (33s) and adding bilstein 5100 to level the front, should come out great!

that looks awesome! How are those AT3s holding up? Those are the ones I ordered, also for price and reviews. We all know you can’t go wrong with the BFGs but something different is always good and I enjoyed the reviews people gave them!

right on! you color matched the bolts right?
Was it a pain with the brake calipers? Being that you went down to 17s

The bolts are matched and noissues at all with the calipers and I need some additional trimming of the plastic up front. I have a quarter of an inch before a BMC although I’m getting one soon

Waiting on 312's in a 17 wrapped with Toyo OC AT3. Supposed to be here sometime "early August". I'll post pics if they get installed soon enough. Good luck settling on a set. I went back and forth for months. Rebounds were also back ordered the last I checked so that helped with the decision too.

Road noise is a little more than KO2 and I’m also paying more attention to it since people are asking, either way, I really don’t mind it. As far as off-road use, I haven’t take them out yet just yet.

Good to know! KO2’s are great but rock chucking pricks! Ridge Grapplers are super Quiet and don’t throw many rocks, and are pretty good in mud/sand/snow but... I have no doubt them Patagonia’s would rule the day in mud/snow!

Looks nice! I'm considering the same. Hows your suspension setup?

It's all good, and all I wanted. 6112/5160s. New uppers. Shackles in the rear, diff drop, etc. Basic, quality suspension.
