Metra dash kits can be blacked out if desired

Just an FYI on a discovery that I made. I had to replace my dash kit because I broke one of the lower mounting slots for the AC controls. I didn't do it since the AC panel is silver, but the side silver pieces are removable if you want to spray them with SEM Trim black. There are 4 screws on the back on each side that hold them on. I kept the set so I will spray them when I get another can to get an idea of what they would look like.

This is for the aftermarket radio dash kit made by Metra. This kit is what most car stereo places give you to match the dash.
