    I've seen some reviews on here concerning part delays. I've experienced that before with them, but it wasn't a huge concern as they communicated with me then. I have an entirely new issue now.

    I recently ordered tow mirrors from them and my order was processed in a reasonable amount of time. However, they sent me one tracking code for two parts. I was surprised when just one mirror initially showed up.

    They have done zero communication. Their phone no longer even does a tree option instead it tells you to text them or go on the website to get a hold of them. I sent texts and emails with no response.

    Well, my other mirror shows up later in a separate shipment the next day. However, I take issue with the fact that I was not provided a second tracking number or notification of separate shipment. It wouldn't be a big deal, except that mirror is broken on arrival!

    I have reached out to Sparks in all the same ways with no response for over a week. (Nor any follow up on the late delivery) They have a ten day from date of delivery period where damaged parts can be returned. Additionally, seeing how it is going they may count the initial part delivery as one of those days.

    I didn't want to write this review, but this is abysmal customer service. Sparks no more for me.

    Edit: the phone number listed on the website is: 854-600-4869, which when texted (at their request) directs you to text: 844-547-0538. I have tried contacting both of these with no luck.

    Unfortunately, as it is a damaged item, they require a different route spelled out in their "Damage Policy" page, which I've followed without any contact from Sparks.

    That text thing has been an issue since the start of covid lockdown. I would call the dealership and ask for a general manager. That parts counter work for someone there.....everyone has a boss.

    Update, sparks parts came through. Took them a lot of time, but they did make it right at no extra charge to me. I want to be fair to them and share that conclusion. However, I do think I will go elsewhere next time as I feel good communication is a core part of customer service.

    I've had many issues with them myself. I canceled an order & after 2 weeks, still didn't get a refund. Had to call them to get it done.
    Ordered a few more parts & after 2 months, still haven't recieved them. I got a different story every time I called to check on it. I just called & canceled that order today & ordered from BAM. I also made it a point to get my refund while I was on the phone. Sparks has decent prices, but everything else is terrible. I won't use them anymore.

    SCAMMERS – AVOID SPARKS PARTS AT ALL COSTS!

    Sparks Parts is a complete scam. They are blatantly taking people's money without shipping orders. I paid for a part, never received it, and when I contacted them, they outright refused to issue a refund. They had zero intention of making things right. I had to escalate the situation through eBay just to get my money back. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their business practices are outright fraudulent. Do not waste your time or money with Sparks Parts—you will regret it!

    I have had great luck with Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa. Good pricing and free shipping on a lot of products.
