Has anyone mounted a Noco Genius 2D under the hood? I plan to do so but the ideal mounting location is eluding me. Before I drill a hole in the bumper for the plug and all that I figured Id see if anyone else has done so. This is on my 2008 Tundra 5.7L Crewman 4X4 SR5. Thank you.

Why do you want to mount it in your engine compartment? Will it stand the heat from under the hood? And if you need it to jump another vehicle you will have to remove it. I just keep mine under my back seat. Not trying to be a dick just trying to understand.

You're talking about a jump pack not a charger that is designed to be mounted in the engine compartment
