Multimedia Problems

I bought a 2020 Tundra and when I went to use the APPS button I get a message displayed on the screen "There are no functions available for this button." Also when I use the MAP button it displays "There is no supported Navigation Application on this vehicle." How in the world am I supposed to get these back on this truck?

If it’s a lower trim you don’t have those features. If the truck is a 2020 or newer you do have CarPlay which is a workaround. After you hook your phone up and press maps it will take you to your default map app thorough the phone

 

I talked to Toyota today. Seems the problem is the multimedia device had its memory wiped and I am in a US territory so they can’t communicate with the vehicle. It won’t get fixed unless I bring it back into the continental US
