That's a good price for the rent. Our last rental before we bought was 2300 for a beat-ass thing in Park View that was never updated from it's base config from 92. Also had basement flooding issues.

 

Ya I'm fully moved out and it's ready for a renter! Wish I would've been able to have it ready before school started though. It's not that big of a house but it's fully updated. Huge backyard.
