Need a winch For CBI Covert Bumper

Hi, I’m new here looking for info. Just ordered a CBI Covert Bumper. Any ideas whats the best winch to run it with? That will fit on 2024 Tundra TRD PRO? Thanks in advance

 

I would check Harbor Freight Badlands winch, not that I have one, but when I do my bumper and winch, I'll go with the Badlands, haver their jack, couldn't be happier with it.

 

Thanks, but the real question is if anyone knows what will fit, fits the CBI, i will check HF but i wanted to have the winch even before receiving the CBI. Thanks again Man! Appreciate the idea!

 

Maybe you should call CBI and ask them.

 

Hi, I did message, and called them, but they mostly Point at one they sell and is on back order

 

What are they pushing? I went with a SuperWinch at the urging of Demello and it’s been great. I think it’s quite a few lbs lighter than its competitors.

 

I’m running a Badland Apex 12k in my CBI Covert bumper. No issues.

 

Thx for the replies! I’ve ended with the warn evo 12s but i haven’t received CBI’s Bumper, lol.

 

I have a super winch as well- I assume I’ll never really use it but I understand it is tier 1.5 behind warn zeon. I will 100% admit that the only reason I didn’t do harbor freight was vanity. I would bet that the badlands is at least as good as anything else out there. I got the super winch from trailer for $660 last week.

 

Glad you asked the question as I just picked up my ‘25 Platinum TRD OR this week and am heavily leaning towards the CBI.

I’d like to see some pictures of your install - preferably with and without the front fascia on. Thanks.
