I was jump starting my truck after sitting for a couple of weeks and actually hooked up the cables wrong on the tundras battery, it gave off a pretty big spark so I realized immediately what I did and disconnected it after just a second, brushed it off and reversed the cables. Now the truck will start right up but olny idle and rev to 2000rpm. every single light is on in the truck. check engine,brake,4hi,4low,airbag,tire pressure indicator, washer fluid, dome lights. You name it it's on. Also nothing electrical works like windows raddio ac clocks. None of my fuses seem to be blown. Im not good with electrics and need some advice to what I should do first

First thing I'd do is disconnect the battery completely and let the truck site for 30-60 minutes with no power. In that time period, check all the fuses, especially the ones in the under-hood fuse/relay box.

After that wait, reattach battery, positive first, then negative. Try again.

Here's the last person who did this in a 1st Gen and what they went through: https://www.tundras.com/threads/wrong-battery-help-a-novice-please.102236/
