I will message him. Also, that’s what I’m gonna do. The previous owners did that and it still leaked. I took it off and tried a better route but it just made it worse. I’d prefer to get proper gasket but it is what it is.

Ill be taking a long trip soon and need this fixed properly.

The round pipe requires a pipe gasket (round rubber piece) that fits on the male side slot. The rectangle requires gasket maker. Toyota makes a high dolla gasket maker caulk (in green squeeze tube) especially for the Red/Pink Coolant. I’d give some to you if you were close by, as I have an entire tube.

Permatex makes a high end (Optimum Label) for this area that costs much less.

Your local stealer should have the round gasket ($5-10) and the gasket maker at autozoned ($5-10).

Make sure you clean that slot out on the rectangle area really well. Mine was cacked up from prior goofy mechanic. The slot where the rubber gasket slips over needs a proper cleaning, as well. I did use a thin layer of Toy gasket maker on the rubber gasket and slot such that the pipe slipped on easily and helped provide an extra layer of sealing. Just a small amount is all you need.

The pipe has what seems to be a thick round gasket that’s “square”. The gasket the diagrams shows is just a round round gasket. They put a bunch of black gasket maker on it, (to the extreme) and it leaked pretty good still. How’s my chance to fix it especially before going on my trip.

I’m going to use special green and a scraper to clean off everything as best as I can.
I have permatex rtv ultra black I’m going to pick up from my auto parts store this morning.
Here what I found last night.

    C238AB13-2FDF-4DBF-8EE8-1993FF34DACE.jpg
Diagram part # For the flange is 16323 or Toyota Part # 16032-50110
The o ring part # looks to be 16323C or Toyota part # 96761-35035

    i bought preemptively o ring part #967621-24019
    They look EXACTLY the same.
In the diagram below I highlight those parts. I’m going to try this morning.
Let me know if I got the right rtv gasket maker and if y’all think the o ring should work.

Be sure and thoroughly clean the part prior to the Permatex application. Also follow the directions on the tube, you may need to let the liquid gasket material setup for a few minutes before putting the parts together. It will seal if done properly. Then you can find the appropriate gaskets at your leisure. Good luck.
