You might need to check for rodent damages to the wiring, also cabin air filter for any evidence.

Adding more context to this.. it's going to be a book..

truck started fine, no issues, was running an errand and I got an important, to me, phone call I, so I parked, placed it in N and took the phone call... I've noticed a shudder while idling but it's rare, sudden and quick... so, while sitting there in 100bs degrees I started to drive and noticed a slight delay in throttle response... my first thought was transmission issue is back... CEL, VSC flashing and LSD came on immediately.. so I turned back home and began troubleshooting. Pulled my OBD2 got codes, posted here and scavenged youtube.. IACV was main cause for older Toyotas so I'll clean that this week...

Dragged my heavy self through the hot asphalt and didn't notice anything chewed, or damaged underneath. Checked up top in the engine bay and pressed in all sensors in case something came loose. Once that was checked, I swung by 4 different Autozones looking for throttle body cleaner.
Removed the intake tube and soaked the throttle body cleaner for like 20 minutes... so with the intake tube still removed I attempted to turn on the truck, so it would turn over the engine and it misfired and wouldn't start. Tried this 3 times, no start, I reinstalled the intake tube, tightened it down and it turned right on... but it turned right on anyway.
I then cleared the codes, and restarted, no CEL, but got a C1201 code immediately... so I asked my mom for her Camry car keys and I swapped gas caps. Restarted and code is now officially gone. I will order a gasket and post the IACV cleaning to ensure its good to go.. my brother works for Dodge claims my throttle body is gone.. I beg to differ, but went to autozone and got a gas cap. So far no codes

You might try cleaning your throttle body.

I sprayed some throttle body cleaner last week, I haven't done the rear part, but the front part outer facing plate looked clean. I did spray the shit out of the edges, but haven't pulled it yet, since I have stuff going on I can't put it down for too long...
