    Thanks for the great welcome.

    The NSS “me being lazy”. Stand for neutral safety switch. Can’t figure out how to get it to slide off post attached to side of transmission. I’m not a mechanic but have done a bit of work on my 2000 tundra. Once again, any advise would be appreciated.

    Have you pried off the lock washer and removed the nut?

    Also, have you disconnected the oil cooler pipe?

    I watched some youtube videos on it, the videos and comments all said they needed to use a torch to burn it off. Just crusted on there.

    No experience with it myself, having a mechanic do mine next monday
