    Hello folks,
Brand new tundra owner here from a 2022 tacoma, just picked up the 2024 limited off road couple days ago, pretty stoked. The production date was 08/24, hopefully everything can go smooth lol
Tha paint quality really isn't that great, found a fish eye and few "sand" under the paint kind defection. Which is still "normal" nowadays I guess lol what is a little "strange" is that I found a big scratch on the frame, on the inner side from the driver side rear wheel. I guess it's from transportation or sth, but still curious how did this happen exactly, has anyone seen this before?

Congrats OP nice looking Rig you got there!
Black is a nice color for you and everyone else, my OCD gets the best of me and I could never get it...
As for the scratch if I was to guess I would definitely say transporting.

    All the best Dude!

    Lots of stuff!
    Congrats on the new trucks!

We got a black one as well! It is a lot of work to keep clean but that’s what we were able to get back when there was a high demand.

Army green would have been nice and would hide the algae that grows on everything in my area! ;)

Yes, army green is a nice color, that's what I wanted for my 2022 Tacoma before but ended with a Grey one .
I think black color make the tundra even more aggressive looming which I really like, the only downside is to maintain it, especially I shuttle my mountain bike with the truck a lot lol
    But it is OK haha
