    Hello everyone,

I got a 2010 Tundra that I'm swapping the engine and trans in.
I signed up so I can get some answers and guidance.

It looks like pulling the engine and trans is going to be more of a chore than I originally thought... can anyone point me in the right direction to a step by step instructions manual or anything?

    Thanks!

Thanks! I'm good with wrenches too. I guess I'm trying to find out if it' even possible to remove the engine and trans together.

The toyota factory manual I looked at shows that the engine and trans are separated first...

I'm over here in the Yakima valley

Just swapping out the blown up 5.7 out of my 2010 with a low mileage 5.7 out of a 2008 Tundra.

I decided to swap the transmission too as the original has over 230k miles on it.

It's fun so far! We've just got started with the removal process. The replacement engine and transmission just showed up this morning.
Of course I'm trying to get the whole project wrapped up by the end of the week... think I can do it?
