    Hey All,

    Have always been Mopar recently bought a 2023 limited and looking to do some work. Any help is appreciated! Looking to keep as smooth as a ride as possible and get this thing on 35s with 17 inch RRH’s.

    1. What lift/level is best for an enjoyable ride, no rub, no cutting ?

    2. Anyone or shop you reccomend for install ?
    Thank you again!

    a lot of people are saying wescott... i'm pretty sure this is the route i'm going unless the TRD 3" comes down. Its got a very solid rep , retains good geometry and handling. and its a very fair price.

    TRD 3", Icon and King if you just want to throw money at the problem

    also there are people all over the world on this forum , if you want local advise you may want to tell people where the heck you are lol

    @Driverwanted Thanks! Wescott and Readylift are the two I’ve heard. The only downfall I’ve heard about Wescott is it is not a comfortable drive if it is your daily.

    I went with the new Bilstein 5100’s on clip 4, which was a 1.8” lift/level to the front. Only 1 day with them, but loving them so far. Also upgraded to 275/65r20 (34”) SL tires at the same time with no rubbing at all. Amazing how much a level and bigger tires can change the look.

    Tried to line them up as best as possible for comparison.

    Purchased from Shockwarehouse, but looks like a few different places have them in stock.

    If you search Bilstein 24-329200 they should pop up.

    You have the Off-Road package so it comes with Bilstein Red shocks, right?

    I always thought the Red ones are 5100s rebranded for Toyota.

    Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe they are Bilstein 4600s. These 5100s come with different settings to lift the front height. Bilstein just released them for the 3rd gen I believe in Nov/Dec

    Did you do the fronts only, hence the level? I love the idea of a small ‘lift’ just replacing shocks. Thanks for the info.

    Yep that’s right - front only. I picked up a Cornfed 1” rear spacer in case it appeared nose high, but actually loved how it turned out and the shop that installed it said the camber angles were spot on.

    Ah, I see. It looks great. I’m wondering if all four on the three or four setting would lift all equally and be a good set up.

    I believe you only have adjustable lift settings on the front coil overs. Rear shocks don’t have an adjustment for lift, lift from the rear is from spacers or longer/heavier duty springs

    This looks great! Did you do aftermarket UCA's or stick with the OEM? I have a 1" Cornfed front level (OEM UCA's), and am considering swapping that to Bilstein 5100 to get more of a stock ride again.

    Stuck with the OEM. The shop that put them on said the CV angles all looked good at this height, so I just kept them stock. I don’t do any off roading, so that helped make the decision easy.

    I'm located in Northern Maine. I was just going to post a request for the same small lift/ level advise! I too just want a little height /level & good ride. I've researched things to death and just honestly kinda at wits end. New to Toyota and just got a 2025 BP, SR5, CrewMax 5.5 bed, TRD off road package (Red axles & Red Bilstein's). Coming from Chevy Trail Boss and not happy with Tundra stance. I had the Wescott preload collar lift kit to be used w red Bilstein shocks PT#35207B but bailed on it after hearing so many complaints about ride and alignments issues. Then heard about the newer Wescott preload collar lift with the Toyota TRD tuned shocks that sounded promising. $1200 for kit after tax's and dealer install $2170 for OTD of $3395, NOPE (I will check non dealer quotes) So back to square one. I may look at above as I don't want to mess with all of the trucks nannies / sensors by going full suspension lift. Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated!

    @TRD_84 :
    Any feedback on ride quality now that you've had the 5100's on for a couple weeks?
    Comparison to stock ride?
    I left you a PM a few days ago also.
    THANKS.

    Sorry about that - somehow I missed that PM!

    I'd say it's a slight downgrade in ride compared to stock at the 1.8" setting I used. In my opinion it doesn't quite absorb some bumps in the road as well as stock did and rides more like what I expect a truck to ride like rather than an SUV (if that makes any sense). For what it's worth, my wife couldn't tell a difference in ride quality after the level and has commented multiple times in general how much better the Tundra ride is than my '22 RAM Rebel. (2" ready lift front level and 1" rear spacer).

    I did change tires at the same time as well, so not sure how much the tire change factored into it. My guess is that you might get a slightly closer to stock ride at the third clip (1.3"), which would keep a little bit of rake.

    The day after the install I was backed into a parking space at a basketball game and when we came out, there were a few different what looked like "stock" suspension trucks backed in next to me. I had to smile because the Tundra just looked so much more aggressive than the others with the leveled stance.

    Overall the improvement in stance was well worth the slight decrease in ride for me and I'd do it 10/10 times over again.

    Hope that helps!

    @TRD_84 :
    No worries about the PM.
    THANKS, yes that does help.
    I did see you did tires at the same time and I will be also, although closer to a 35, 285/75/18, and E-load unfortunately. That will potentially be the larger factor in ride quality, but going from 20's to 18's though.
    Looking to keep a little rake so I'll likely go with third clip / 1.3" and fingers crossed that provides enough clearance.
