I have the Nitto RG on my Pro and it seems like it’s one of the most popular tires I see on the Pros so I want to ask this question.
I’m going to start rotating my own tires to keep the dealer from scratching my blk wheels. It’s happened to me before on my previous truck.
My 2 years of free maintenance is up so my question is what pattern do you guys rotate your tires in?
I’ve heard so many different things and just want to know the right way. I’ve heard the criss cross pattern and I’ve heard all you need to do is front to back

Standard rotation is better than none, cross rotation is better than standard as far as tire wear and longevity.

Tire shop I use locally rotates front to back until they see some different wear and then they went cross pattern. Never had any problems with my Z71, and currently not having any problems with my Cooper's on Tundra. Tires only on 2nd rotation, so no cross rotation yet.

Front to back for about 30-40,000 on my Ridge Grapplers without any problem. They are wearing evenly.
