I have 20,000 miles on my Ridge Grapplers and love them. Obviously great off road but surprisingly more grippy on wet pavement than BFGs.

2016 tundra with Icon stage 6 kit, icon rebound bronze wheels with 295/70R/17 NItto RG tires, R1 drilled and slotted disk rotors
Hi guys I’m new here and am lookin for some help. I have a 2016 tundra sr5 4x4 and am interested in those NRG tires but mounted on icon 17” rebounds. I recently purchase the icon stage 6 lift and was wondering what is the biggest NRG tires I can run on them? I was hoping I could run a 35” x 11.5w with minor mud flap trimming and wheel well reshaping. Any help would be appreciated.

I am getting the 17" rebounds as well and going to run 315/70/17 RG. Icon has a video of that tire size showing no rub at full lock. You should be able to find on youtube. Also I think it's on the icon speed six wheel post on this forum.

Comes with replacement UCA & differential drop. Alignment came out great and maintained factory ride.

Not really. I did the lift, tires and wheels all at once so there was an obvious huge change all at once from factory. I don’t notice much of a power loss, definitely doesn’t feel sluggish. Maintained factory ride as well.

I may ask this question on another thread but hopefully you can answer this. With the 285 do you feel any difference in the trans shift points? I read in another thread that people were experiencing issues (not just the mpg hit) because of the diameter difference/weight as compared to stock and our Tundra is sensitive to that change.

I guess that’s what some people say was happening with larger tires. I can’t seem to find that thread anymore so I figured I’d ask. Thanks

295/70r18's only had them for about a week but love them so far. Have noticed the larger size and shift points are just a little different which makes sense as the truck thinks it's running a shorter tire. Not bad at all though, still gots plenty of ass. Bullydog is on the list for the future that will correct the computer and make it better than stock

I really like the way my 295 70 18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers looked as well but I just went back to The 275 65 18 Michelin Ltx at2 and the ride and fuel and power is so much better ......I was scared to regear I've heard of to many issues and did not want to ruin my transmission.......also have about 140k miles and this truck has been great to me so far no issues also started noticing suspension was creaking I think its because of the weight of tires and wheel so I decided was not worth it and went back......but my truck did look real good while it lasted

I like the way the 295 looks too. I had a set on my Titan and loved them. But for this truck Im still debating on 275 vs 285. I dont want to get into changing gears just for tires. Heck that would probably be an additional $2500-3000 cost.
