This past weekend I was changing my timing belt. While I was bolting the alternator back in the wire leading to the negative touched metal and it instantly sparked.

I didn’t thing anything of it but after I bolted everything and refilled the fluids I tried to start it but I got a no crank no start. Just a single click.

I checked the starter and the starter fuse and both worked. I was able to get a crank when I supplied power to the starter relay. But it does not start. Has anyone ever had this issue?

Kinda important to know what cab type you got, since that directly impacts a lot of things.

If you're access/regular cab, did you check all your fuses under hood, especially the square ones? Like ... if I'm on this page, I see a couple of start/ignition circuit fuses...

I have a double cab, and no. I just started with the starter and was going to use process of elimination

I'm sure your truck will have a similar square fuse and blade fuse as what you see in the pics I posted above. Pop the top off your fuse/relay box next to the battery. You may as well just check all the fuses in there. Note: If your eyes suck like mine, you may need zoomers to be able to see thru the window on the square fuses, and not all fuses burn clean. It's best to test across the circuit or pull the fuse (which is a bitch with the square window-top fuses) and test for continuity.
