What is the normal Engine Operating Temperature of the 5.7 V8 (2020 DC). I'm seeing 195 degrees F on Scangauge II. What are you seeing?

My '02 V8 has always run 182 to 184 (cooler weather) and 186 to 188 (hotter weather).

Really, I need to check my OBD Fusion app and make sure I am selecting the correct PID, I am seeing 195.8 to 199 (seen 201 once on a long hill) flying down the highway ~82mph I was wondering this same question. I need to shoot the thermostat cover with a thermal gauge to see if the reading is the same

On my 2021, I see 194 - 197 most often 195. I do see spikes of 199 every so often.

190-203 usually. Will jump up past 203 if it's working hard for a long time. Will go under 190 if it's idling down a hill for a long time.
