OEM exhaust tip

Does a OEM exhaust tip change the sound of the exhaust? I don’t really want a screaming banshee, just a little more growl.

 

Doubtful. Tailpipe sits too far inside to make a difference.

 

No it does not. For some growl and no drone I would suggest a 10 or 12 inch system from @dirtydeeds . And check the marketplace here, sometimes there are one or two of them used for sale.

 

I put TRD Exhaust on my 2017 and love them. It roars when you get on it but otherwise purrs like a kitten!

 

The exhaust tip will not change the sound at all; to change the sound you need a muffler change, or change to you exhaust pipes.
