Ordering from rockauto

Idk if this is a right place to ask but has anyone ordered from rock-auto anything ? I was thinking to order the bilstein 5100s front and rear. But it only shows 1 quantity when ordering. Does it mean it will come with a pair or do i have to order two?
There’s no customer support so I’m really not sure if i should order 1 and it’s a pair or what. Anything will help thanks.

 

Those shocks are sold individually, you’ll need to order two front and two rears for a full set.

Fast delivery and often the most competitive prices you'll find, but not always.

Good on returns too, my last order from them was link arms for my stabilizer bar and one of the items was obviously a previous return from a thieving gorilla with a large hammer - nut missing and the thread was chewed to buggery.
Their policy is to ship the replacement once the return is in the hands of the carrier, no quibbling and although I couldn't fit it on the planned weekend, it was fitted by the end of the next one.

 

I've given up on the chain part stores and order everything from Rockauto.
Just look at the price differences for things like bulbs, filters, wiper blades etc. There's a huge difference!

 

I like having the part in hand ASAP, but when I can get an OE part for the same price as the Chineese repro.. I'll order online unless absolutely forced to source local due to timing constraints.

Almost always bites me in the ass when I use the parts stores for an emergency fix.

 

I've been ordering from rock auto since 2011.

They usually have the best price. Often I can get a premium brand for the same or better price as the chain parts stores.

The thing I have never ordered from them are Bilstein shocks. Shockwarehouse had them on clearance for my '07 Trailblazer. That was the best drivability upgrade I have ever made. I have ordered KYBs, however.

 

I’ve ordered piles of parts from Rock Auto over the years - including Bilstein shocks for other vehicles and many premium brand parts. Their pricing used to be crazy cheaper than everywhere else; they are still very competitively priced and most items are half what you would get at the local parts store. I’ve never had an issue with them but their return policy can be a little difficult - and I think you are on the hook for shipping unless the item is defective (within a short return window).

 

It really saves on shipping if you ship to a commercial address too.
