Question, has anyone used Tirebuyer to buy tires, if so how was it?

If you google reviews, they are all over the place. Discount Tire is one of the forum favorites among many of us....and I believe they may price match as well.

Yeah I googled it and was like wow that’s some bad reviews. They have great deal going on with 20% off Nittos and I don’t know if it’s worth the gamble.

I appreciate the heads up on discount tires

I've noticed discount has started doing online only weekend sales for specific tire brands. Right now is the Michelin defender line.

The advantage to discount is they price match, they are located all over the US, and they stand behind their stuff.

I haven't seen that there is much difference. They are usually competitive.

None to day....that’s why I’m here.
Last time I got tires it was was less than $1 difference between discount and mr tire. Both have been good to me but I can get alignments at mr tire.

Thank you fellas, I just did a price match. i doubt they will match it with Nitto's being 20% off, but worth a try. It's 315.20 off from Discount Tires price.

Can you please update later, tell us if DT price matched? I’m way overdue for tires and looking for a Labor Day sale, but I like DT.

I buy my tires online at BB Wheels. Usually a bit less than DT with online coupons. Microsoft Edge will search for you and use whatever codes are the best. Free shipping as well. But I also have a friend that will mount and balance for a 12 pack so that's the reason I buy online.

DT does price match. DT and Tirerack for the win

So just a update. DD tried to match it with 15% off the normal price on $394. Defiantly a discount but still few hundred dollars more than tire buyer. I see Amazon dropped their price to $352 and they matched that price.

I ordered my Nitto Trail Grapplers from tire buyer. No complaints. Fast shipping and I think I got 20% off.

I appreciate that, did you have them shipped to your house or did you have the suggested installer install them? Their reviews have had me concerned, so Im pleased you had no issues.

They shipped directly to my house. They did suggest an installer near by. But I didn't have my new rims at the time.

Well, I went to Tire Discounters and they honored the 15% off and I couldn't resist getting the Ridge Grapplers for $319 piece. So they are ordered and came in yesterday, with Friday being the big day. Time will tell how bad they will rub.
