I recently discovered that i have a P&S Store less than 10 min from my house.
I stopped by while running some errands and they were telling me about their newest product Absolute that is a Rinseless wash. For $17 i figured i would give it a try.

So from what i get from watching some videos, 4 heaping cap fulls in 4gal of water and it should be good to go.
I went ahead and mixed up a batch and went ahead and filled up a spray bottle to presoak a few extra dirty spots.

The truck wasn't exceptionally dirty and being white, it looks clean even when dirty .
I threw my wash mitt in the bucket and as per the videos you are supposed to ring out the mitt almost completely and go to town wiping down each panel.

So the idea behind this product is that the solution pulls dirt off the paint and encapsulates it in the liquid, then your wash mit pulls the dirt off and then you dry off using a towel (i used a Griots PFM, but regular kirkland towels worked well on my wheels, more on that later).

Here's a dirty spot of the hood with just a pre-soak spray with the product.

Then after a wipe with the mitt

Initial paint impressions: Works pretty well, kinda a different approach of a "quick detailer" where you are capturing the dirt in the bucket rather than a towel.

Here's where things get interesting. Where i thought Absolute would lack its actually where i was most suprised. Some nice dirty wheels.

I didn't want to use my nice PFM towel on some dirty wheels since i'm SURE that the wash mit wasn't going to capture all the dirt/dust, so i switched over to a regular cosco/kirkland towel for the drying process.

    First impression, shit works!

I did also try it on my Bakflip cover and it worked reasonably well, nothing earthshattering but decent.

Overall impressions, i'm pretty happy with it. It seems like a great solution if you dont have time for a full wash, but the truck is too dirty to use a quick detailer....kind of lands in the middle. I would highly recommend a mitt that has tassels, because my cotton terry cloth mitt was FILTHY!
