P0158 code

Got a p0158 code from my tundra a few weeks back.

I had 1 denso o2 sensor, so i swappes it out. CEL came back after around 25 miles.

What other causes trigger p0158 bank 2 sensor 2

2006 tundra 4.7 v8 2wd double cab

 

Generally replace them in pairs. Both upstream and downstream.

That code was added to the 05-06 years, along with trouble areas to suspect, A/F sensor being 1 of the new additions. So like @KNABORES suggested, best to change both bought from a reputable source, not amacon nor ebabay
