2010 Toyota Tundra

AAl Front coilobers 2.5

My 2010 tundra has the check engine light and the stability control light on with a flashing 4lo. Code came back as P2128. Throttle pedal position sensor. Old pedal looks fine but I switched it out lights are still on. Disconnected the battery.. lights are still on. I’m staring to thing it’s an ECM issue. Anybody have experience with this code? Any help would be appreciated
